20+ years in service of student well-being, for a better society

For more than two decades Dr Pascal, Dr Anju Kauwr Chazot and the MGIS team have been innovating, designing and implementing an incredible pedagogy focused on student wellbeing, conscious teaching, experiential learning and inclusiveness.

Their temple of application where ideas are conceptualised, nurtured and applied, is Mahatma Gandhi International School in Ahmedabad, India. The learning philosophy and pedagogical practices are based on collaborative experiential learning ®. In recent years, with the team, they have been developing a spiritual curriculum to help students thrive.

Researchers from leading universities across the world, experts, educationists and government officials have been visiting and studying this pedagogy. École de Tara was founded to give a voice to this unique teaching and learning methodology so that it may touch more lives, and bring joy and well being to children beyond the site of application… that was the dream when this pedagogy was originally developed.
